The investigation process includes initiating telephone contact and written correspondence with insurance claims adjusters and personal injury attorneys. The Internet and other resources are also useful to fully investigate our clients’ insurance claims.Case Research Specialistsare responsible for processing a high volume of cases in a fast-paced production environment, and meeting monthly quality and quantity standards. We offer a thorough training program that provides our trainees with the necessary tools and resources to become successfulAssociates This is a goal-oriented position where one must strive for quality and quantity production standards.
