Environmental Services Technician Department: Environmental Services Schedule: Full-time Shift: 1st shift Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm with every other weekend/holiday rotation Job Details:

The Environmental Sevices Technician performs a variety of tasks to maintain a clean environment in patient rooms, offices, hallways, and other assigned areas of the hospital. Cleaning is inclusive to general and infectious waste handling, soiled linen handling, stocking of supplies, etc. The technician will also provide floor/carpet care throughoutthe hospital, in addition to transporting discharged patients and transporting specimens to the Laboratory.

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED preferred

Previous cleaning experience in a health care setting is preferred.
