Incredible once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for an experienced Estate Manager to oversee a fantastic group of properties including vacation homes in various locations abroad.  Become an extension of the owner as you provide a consistent level of service and maintenance.  We’re looking for highly skilled Estate Manager who can facilitate the myriad details required to keep operations running smoothly by assisting in the creation of household standards and procedures, directing a seven-person staff, and  providing hands-on assistance to owners and guests.  Bring your superb leadership skills and demand for perfection to this role to oversee maintenance procedures, manage household inventories and budgets, integrate security policies, and develop consistent plans to ensure the highest level of service from the staff.

 

Qualifications:

-At least 8-10 years of prior estate management experience

-Must have experience managing multiple homes

-Excellent judgment and reasoning to identify problems and develop solutions to diverse challenges

-Strong communication and leadership skills to develop rapport and excellent working relationships with household staff

-Ability to establish and maintain a smoothly operating Estate Manager’s office within the home
