Evening Customer Service Representative

Navigation Solutions LLC is looking for a stellar Customer Service Representative to work in our call center in our Plano, TX office. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with telephone inquiries of a varied nature regarding the use of or information about the NeverLost GPS system. They will investigate, resolve and respond to customer calls in a professional and efficient manner and ensure that the customers needs are met.

 

The schedule for the position is as noted below:

Sunday: 12PM-12Midnight

Wednesday-Friday: 5PM-12Midnight

Saturday: 1PM-12Midnight

 

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of Call Center experience, have excellent communication skills, professional telephone etiquette, efficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Internet and excellent geographic knowledge (i.e., streets, maps, etc.). Must be able to type at least 45wpm. Must be extremely dependable and comfortable working alone without much direction and have the ability to multi-task.

This position is full time and eligible for benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Retirement Plan, Vacation & Holiday pay.
