Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant Join the winning team of a leading WI single-family home builder! We are currently seeking a full-time Executive Assistant. Applicant must be organized, flexible, self-directed, and must possess excellent written and communication skills. The ability to work unsupervised at times while managing change and frequent interruptions are vital to this position. Duties include managing schedules, arranging appointments, conducting market research, preparing legal documents and other types of correspondence. Applicant must have an eye for accuracy and careful attention to detail; exceptional proofreading skills are necessary. Advanced computer knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint essential. College degree preferred with 2-5 years experience.
