Executive Assistant to COO - Up to $80K DOE

This leading property management firm is seeking a first-rate Executive Assistant to support the CEO in their beautiful Manhattan location. Career Group Inc., premier New York staffing agency, is currently interviewing qualified candidates for this exciting opportunity with one of our top clients.
In this position, you will take charge of this busy desk and get involved in all aspects of this dynamic executive’s business activities. Core functions include screening incoming calls, drafting correspondence, overseeing a complex calendar, and coordinating domestic and international travel itineraries.
Qualifications:
-4-5+ years of Executive Assistant experience
-Personable yet highly professional demeanor
-Business savvy with solid experience working as an Executive Assistant in a corporate office
-Meticulous attention to detail
-Outstanding organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
-Excellent business ethics and strong sense of discretion to handle proprietary matters with utmost confidentiality
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
