This is a great opportunity to put those engineering and project management skills to use.  The ideal candidate would have proven skills to:  Estimate Custom and Custom Modular Octanorm System (MOS) exhibits.Estimate Show Services for Custom Exhibits. This includes filling out show service order forms, making pre-payments including check requests or ordering via credit cards. Write all necessary work orders for shop and graphics production and monitoring their progress for job completion, including show services.Work with Fabrication Department to order materials and special products for jobs as needed.Provide job costing for all jobs worked by completing monthly accruals.Maintain job files for jobs in production.Communicate with project team as needed to keep team informed on job progress. Ensure quality standards for all jobs assigned are met.

 

This position also requires an organized and detailed oriented “team player”. Computer skills required for data entry, sending and receiving emails and Internet research. A working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook) is strongly desired.
