We are seeking Driver Assistance Representatives to work in our Vehicle Accident Services department.  Driver Assistance Representatives are responsible for efficient and accurate handling of incoming calls from drivers and clients who are reporting vehicle accidents.  Primary responsibilities include: Provide prompt quality service to drivers while adhering to client policy Immediately notify the appropriate parties of serious injuries or fatalities Inform driver of process to occur following accident Manage time to ensure that incoming calls are answered within company standard, refer calls to appropriate parties when required and provide back-up to other teams Balance workload, prioritizing and coordinating tasks with team members, actively contributing to team's objectives Interface with suppliers when required, participate in client visits, team and departmental meetings Initiate and volunteer for special projects, supporting team and operational goals

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Prior call center experience is strongly preferred. Excellent customer service skills; must be a self-starter with excellent communication, empathy, problem solving skills and decision making skills.  Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency. Effective communication skills Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, telephone skills and PC skills.

The work schedule for this position is based on a bi-monthly shift bid. The earliest work schedule is 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and the latest schedule is 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. The initial work schedule for all new hires will be 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Scheduling flexibility required.
