FIELD REPRESENTATIVE

 

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a field representative responsible to producer/owners in southern Indiana and south-west Ohio areas.

 

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor degree in Dairy Science or a related field of study and a working knowledge of the dairy industry, with on-the-farm experience or a minimum of 3 to 7 years of related dairy farming experience. This person must have superb customer service and problem solving ability, and excellent communication skills. Our field representatives serve as a liaison between our member owners and the cooperative related to milk quality and production, pricing, sales and a variety of other issues. You would be required to live in the geographical service area mentioned above and must be available for daily travel and on-call duty.
