FINANCE SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:This position will be processing, coordinating, and managing all sales contracts throughout the organization. Primary activities include contractual documents review, execution/processing of contracts, scheduling shipment delivery, installation, training, billing monthly support, licensing software in customer's systems, and final invoice review. Also responsible for research and resolution of account billing records including customer A/R inquires and concerns, deliveries, and maintanence of customer configurations. This position will have extensive contact with internal and external customers, and must be customer service oriented. Responsible for billing configuration changes, customer financial issue resolution, system licensing, database/finance project work, entry of credits/debits on customer accounts and order management. Will work extensively with customers, sales representatvies and platform specialists, primarily over the phone. Must possess coordination, organization and work prioitization skills. Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills and be team oriented. Must have computer skills including Word and Excel. Oracle experience a definite plus.REQUIREMENTS: 2 years related experience in office operations, general accounting, billing, AR/AP.
