Qualifications EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in a related position. Experience with spreadsheets, databases, and financial software packages. Computer skills with knowledge of various software packages: Microsoft Office Hyperion JD Edwards Noosh ERIC Responsibilities The Marketing and Revenue Analyst is responsible for forecasting and analyzing financial information as it relates to the Marketing Department, its operations, Erickson Retirement Communities as a whole. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. In coordination with the Directors of Sales and Marketing assist in the preparing of short term and long term settlement forecasts for each community. 2. Develop models to run sensitivity analysis on projected revenue forecasts. 3. Track and monitor trends in all sales indicators, such as brochure requests, appointments, deposits and reservations and settlements. 4. In conjunction with the Advertising Directors, establish, analyze and monitor financial measures to assist in measuring the departments effectiveness. 5. Monitor sales by unit type and analyzes the results with future buildings unit mix. Also analyze potential unit mix changes in future buildings. 6. Monitor the sales and marketing expenses by property. 7. Review the coding of invoices and make sure they have proper approval. 8. Assist in the procurement of marketing collateral and services. 9. Create and maintain a file with each floor-plan, development code, marketing name and current selling price at each of our communities. 10. Uses Clients and Profits software to generate reports to increase the effectiveness of the advertising group. 11. Monitor marketing employees time by client and compares to budget. 12. Assists in the development of the annual marketing budget and quarterly current estimates. 13. Any additional duties assigned by management.
