Financial Services Recruiter

100K + BONUS

 

This position will be responsible for driving relationships and results to help the client achieve its aggressive business goals.

 

Manage entire recruiting lifecycle: sourcing candidates, conducting phone and onsite interviews, extending offers, tracking and reporting on applicant/candidate data.

Develop and implement effective recruitment plans and selection strategies for the areas you support.

Execute search strategies including: internal candidate assessment &

selection; direct sourcing and networking; internet recruiting and other low fee/no fee sourcing techniques.

Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to lead searches and negotiate complex compensation packages.

Design and deliver strategies, best practices, tools and processes to improve the recruiting capabilities of the company and enhance the quality and caliber of candidates during the selection process. Integrate ethnic and gender diversity to all hiring.

 

BA/BS degree with a minimum of 3 years recruiting experience.

Experience recruiting in a corporate environment preferred; financial services a strong plus

Experience recruiting front office positions preferably sales and marketing positions

Demonstrated experience in strategic and creative sourcing strategies, selection & interviewing techniques and diversity recruiting.

Strong networking and referral building skills.

Excellent consultative, project management, strategic thinking, problem solving, influence and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results within tight deadlines.

Ability to lead through change and operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced, changing environment.

Effective communicator and relationship manager at all levels throughout the organization.
