We are seeking a FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN who will be responsible for cleaning the facility and performing general facility repairs as assigned. This person will also assist maintenance team members as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
• Performs janitorial duties for the facility to include, cleaning and restocking
supplies in the break room, offices, and restrooms.
• Performs minimal repairs to the facility as needed.
• Performs grounds maintenance including minor repairs, lawn
care/landscaping, and snow removal.
• Assists maintenance department with projects as assigned.


Job Requirements:
• Prior experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Must be able to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
