Facilities Manager

FACILITIES MANAGER Worthington Libraries, 2007 National Library of the Year, is seeking someone experienced in facilities management to oversee maintenance, safety & security of all buildings, electrical, plumbing, mechanical & HVAC systems, grounds & vehicles. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining a long-range maintenance plan, including a routine maintenance schedule for each facility; monitoring & submitting reports on the condition of buildings, grounds & equipment, including recommendations for repairs and updates; preparing bid specifications & evaluating proposals; overseeing contract custodial staff; & performing preventive maintenance & minor repairs. High school diploma or GED, 2 years of facility maintenance experience & driver's license with acceptable driving record required. Starting rate: $21.31-31.97/hr.
