Facilities Manager – Melville to $75K+

 

Experienced facilities management professional needed for corporate headquarters of this Melville-based company. Ideal candidate will have 7+ years progressive experience in a related position. Position requires individual to oversee all aspects of maintenance, repair and construction of buildings, systems, equipment and grounds. Work with outside vendors to manage bid process and oversees all projects to ensure completion in a timely manner. Manages employees including training, hiring/terminations, performance evaluations and work delegation. Position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule and be on call 24/7 for emergencies. BA/BS degree preferred. Strong project management experience required.
