Facilities and Maintenance Manager

Experience: The qualified candidate will posses a minimum of 5 years in facilities and mechanical maintenance supervision or management, in an automated distribution center. Further, it will be beneficial to have experience with MP2 tracking, PkMS WMS, sorter and conveyor maintenance, rolling stock, HVAC building code, and OSHA compliance. The qualified candidate must also have prior experience managing a capital and annual budget. Candidates must feel comfortable with this type of environment and be able to manage people, not just processes! Description: The selected applicant will be responsible for assigning work orders to manage anything and everything surrounding facilities and maintenance; this means grounds, contractors, plumbing, HVAC, rolling stock, conveyors, sorters, and preventative maintenance. This person will be directly responsible for a group of 25-35 individuals with 3 leads. The qualified candidate will be responsible for a capital and annual budget up to 13 million dollars. Furthermore, the facilities manager will be responsible for contract negotiations and vendor management.
