Facilities Manager

Facility Manager needed to manage the overall maintenance, operation, and repair of multiple facilities.  Responsible for hiring/supervising 5 maintenance/security staff, coordinating outside vendors including electricians, plumbers, etc., investigating facility complaints and problems, developing policies and procedures, and monitoring compliance. College degree and/or equivalent experience in facility management, building and maintenance trades, excellent communication, organization, leadership skills as well as ability to use Microsoft Office products including email.  Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations with good judgment, ability to make minor building and equipment repairs, and assess need for more extensive repair.  Valid driver's license and availability to respond to emergencies.
