Field Account Representative / Quality Assurance Systems Specialist

blue dog, inc, a recognized leader in the electronic bingo and gaming industry has an opportunity for a Field Account Representative / Quality Assurance Systems Specialist based in Dallas, Texas. We manufacture the equipment for gaming (gambling), particularly bingo. Products are leased to locations across the US and Canada and we provide ongoing sales and service to our customers.

 

Field Account Representative / Quality Assurance Systems Specialist


The successful candidate will be:

·  Familiar with PC hardware configurations

·  Possess extensive knowledge of Microsoft® Office products

·  Experience supporting end user technology via phone, email and on-site

·  Provide on-call support for after hours customer concerns, 24/7

·  Knowledgeable about bingo and/or gaming operations a definite plus!

·  Experience developing, publishing and implementing test plans, procedural documentation and quality assurance methodologies a plus

·  Experience in a multi-tasking in high paced work environment

·  Creativity in your planning and thought processes to propose and tackle various QA challenges

·  Ability to communicate effectively, both with technical and non-technical individuals

·  Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and to learn quickly

·  Possess clean driving record with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (vehicle allowance provided)

·  Employee will be subject to background check by state and tribal gaming authorities
