Intermediate level Microsoft Word and Excel skills. Projects a cordial, professional, customer service-oriented image. Ability to professionally interact with all levels of associates, clients and guests. Work well as part of a team, as well as independently with minimal supervision. Maintain a positive attitude working under pressure and with frequent interruptions. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and be detail oriented. Must have strong communication and organizational skills. Assume responsibility, be accountable and take initiative. Maintain confidentiality and use professional judgement.

Represent Watson Wyatt in a professional manner as a Receptionist while managing front desk functions, providing overflow administrative support and support to the Finance and Administration Office.Responsibilities Greet and process visitors and direct them to the appropriate individuals or departments. Receive incoming calls on a multi-line switchboard; answer general inquiries, connect callers with the appropriate individual(s). Keep reception desk/area neat and orderly. Maintain associate and guest sign-in and updated telephone list. Ensure desk security and protocols. Maintain and distributed morning memo. Schedule and maintain conference/guest rooms. Open, date stamp and sort inbound mail, as well as logging courier deliveries. Coordinate Temporary Services and Reception Relief Coverage Schedule. Request office building maintenance service. Assist Finance and Administration office with various tasks; billing, accounts payable and accounts receivables. May assist and/or provide other administrative duties as assigned.
