Finance ERP Project Analyst

We currently have an opening for a Finance ERP Project Analyst. As one of the key ERP team members, the successful candidate will design financial processes & reports, test system modifications and conversions, analyze & resolve issues, and implement Baan Financial modules (General Ledger, Inventory, Cost, etc.) at various Solar locations per ERP implementation schedule. Provide desktop profiles, user training, and other special projects as required. Perform necessary analyses to ensure system and process efficiency as well as data integrity after implementation. This position is critical for the success of the ERP program and the PSO implementation. The ERP program has been recognized as vital to Solars future growth and to achieve its strategic initiatives. This position is especially important to the upcoming Baan ERP implementation at the Power Systems Operations (PSO) business unit, to insure all the financial processes are optimally designed and integrated with logistics processes, so that business unit needs as well as data integrity and appropriate controls for accurate financial results can be achieved. Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Accounting or IT is required.

Minimum of 18 college units in Accounting is desired.

Minimum 1 year of experience with implementation of Baan software and/or other ERP software at a large company (greater than or equal to 1,000 employees and/or revenues greater than or equal to $500M) is required.

International implementation experience is preferred.

External auditing experience is preferred.

Must possess good interpersonal skills, planning & organizational skills, & communication skills.

Must demonstrate initiative, accountability, influence, and cooperation in a strong team work environment.
