Financial Customer Service Rep for large corporation

Growing and large financial organization is currently hiring for customer service representatives (both entry-level and mid-level). Candidates must be able to pass drug and background screenings as well as Microsoft Word, Internet, and typing (30+ wpm) tests.Duties include:-Assist Card Holders by answering incoming phone calls to provide the following services:-Card Activation--verifying Card Holder information and other required activation data-Card Activation Support-providing cardholder support for pended or declined applications-Payment Requests--ability to take payments over the phone-Customer Service-all aspects of credit card call handling. Will also be required to solicit a payment on inbound calls.-Research customer concerns and refer information to the appropriate people for resolution.-Consistently achieve and maintain performance goals for clients, contact rate and payment activity-Maintain a professional demeanor with a positive attitude while delivering excellent service to the customer.-Record customer-related information needed for departmental tracking purposes. -Assist with special projects and duties.Minimum Requirements:Minimum 6 months call center experience and Customer Facing Customer Service experience.
