Financial Services Supervisor

FINANCIAL SERVICES SUPERVISOR The Licking County Board of MR/DD is currently seeking an experienced full-time Financial Services Supervisor to join our dedicated team of professionals in assisting and supporting adults with mental retardation and developmental disabilities. Essential Duties: Supervise assigned staff. Conduct annual performance evaluations and establish performance goals and objectives consistent with desired organizational outcomes, individual strengths, and professional growth/development needs. Identify and provide targeted staff training as needed Prepare monthly financial reports including projections Coordinate submission of Medicaid billing for services provided Reconcile billing files and re-bill as necessary Assure compliance with relevant ODJFS and ODMRDD rules Coordinate LCBMRDD's participation in the ODMRDD Medicaid Administration Claiming (MAC) program Assist Director of Finance with the completion of the annual cost report Coordinate annual Title XX compliance for reimbursement Prepare financial statements and coordinate audit of the Children and Family First Council Coordinate and work with the Fiscal department staff on payroll, purchase orders, vouchers, special projects, etc Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field. 3-5 years of experience in the field strongly recommended. 2 + years experience in a supervisory or management role of fiscal functions including payroll, accounts receivable & payable, etc. Knowledge of: Financial Accounting Governmental accounting preferred Public Relations PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with the ability to learn proprietary software for MR/DD field.
