Summary

 

Responsible for all aspects of order processing per customers specifications

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

· Answer incoming phone calls

· Address customer needs

· Answer customer questions

· Return customer calls as necessary

· Make out-going phone calls as specified to obtain customer service information from our customers

· Increase sales by active phone solicitation

· Fax and/or e-mail quotes, order confirmation, or any other pertinent and important information to our customers in a timely expedient manner

· Consistently study product catalogs and manufacturers information to remain current and up to date on all of our products

· Consistently take care of housecleaning in and around your workstations to make sure that the area stays neat and orderly and that all papers are filed to the appropriate area on a timely basis

· Attend all training and meetings as requested to improve customer service skills, computer skills, phone skills or any other that will be important to success as a customer service professional
