Job Description:Appleone has just announced an opening for an Account Executive in our Arlington branch! This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to break into a lucrative industry that will never go out of style. This is a full-desk recruiting role which encompasses both recruiting, and prospecting new business. The majority of your day will be spent developing relationships with hiring decision-makers and a professional candidate base. You will perform needs analysis, negotiate terms and price competitively, and take detailed job orders. As a recruiter, you will source candidates by internet searching, referrals, networking, and other marketing methods, interview, reference-check, and coordinate the interview process with your clients. If you love working with people, are a confident salesperson and/or recruiter who enjoys being responsible for your own income, and are motivated by prestige and money, then this is a great opportunity for you. Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years experience in business-to-business sales in a commission based environment. Recruiting experience is a strong plus. You're not afraid of cold-calling, and talking to 100 people everyday who you don't know. You understand what it means to be a salesperson and are incredibly self-motivated, tenacious, and upbeat. You are comfortable with your paycheck being directly correlated with your effort. Extremely above average people skills, you can talk to anyone about anything in an engaging, outgoing way Strong job tenure, you've managed to stay in a sales job for around two years without getting 'laid off' You are professional, reliable, punctual, well-organized, and have INCREDIBLE multi-tasking abilities What We Offer: Competitive salary and commission structure, monthly profit bonus, reimbursed expenses, medical, vision, dental, 401k, company-paid trips, tremendous growth opportunity and multiple career paths. Average starting salary is $30,000-34,000.
