Position Title:  Associate Admissions Representative

Hours/Status: Non-Exempt

Reports To: Qualification Center Supervisor

Location: Online Education Division (Orchard Park, NY)

 

Bryant & Stratton College has been offering online degrees since 2000 and has been experiencing tremendous growth during this time.  We are looking for responsible individuals to help follow up with prospective students that have requested information about our online programs.

Shifts are available in the afternoon & evening with possible Saturday hours.  For part-time positions, the ability work 16 to 20 hours per week is needed in order to apply.

 

Responsibilities:Contact self-initiated leads within a call center environment via predictive dialer and email.Pre-qualify leads in order to determine if Bryant & Stratton College is a good educational fit for their needs.Completes a conference call to Enrollment Center in order for an admissions representative to conduct a personal interview.Complete a weekly goal qualified transfers to the admissions representatives.To make other outbound calls as assigned by the Qualification Center Supervisor.To provide support to improve services to the student and increase campus retention and graduation rates. To prepare and maintain accurate records and complete all paperwork in a timely manner.Complete any other tasks, projects, or assignments not described herein. Pay Rate: $10-12/per hour based upon experience.

Qualifications:Previous call center & sales experience preferred.Proficient with Microsoft Office.Ability to work afternoons, evenings as late as 10 pm, & occasional Saturdays.Comfortable with making a large volume of outbound calls.
