Functional Specification Program Manager Job Description:VBMS-619340-Program Manager 2 Platform Team NEW Position Description - Creates the functional specification that will be used as a tool in making decisions as to how the product or service will be implemented. Develops relationships with multiple component teams and provides them with technical and analytical information. Organizes cross functional activities ensuring completion of the program on schedule and within budget constraints. Excellent communication skills needed with strong project/release management experience. Must be able to work flexible hours and start ASAP. Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure is a must. Qualifications - 2-4 years work related experience required. Project management skills required, including ability to work within a budget. Excellent communication skills (Written and oral) required. Must have the ability to think strategically. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work with TFS and knowledge of bug lifecycle is absolutely required. Experience with software cycles and proven accomplishment as a driver in this arena is required.
