Generalist (JM)

UP TO 100K + BONUS

Provide generalist support to our clients business partners providing assistance in the area of performance management, compensation/benefits, recruitment, employee relations & training of policies and procedures.

Plans with client team for staffing needs.  Reviews and processes all required position requisition for open positions to ensure a consistent management of headcount.

Acts as a business partner to assigned client groups and provides consultative advice particularly relating to associate initiatives to help client groups achieve business goals and objectives.  Communicates and interprets HR policies and procedures.

Drive retention in client groups through the effective management of conflict, open communication and feedback with employees and the compilation of exit interview data

Provides individual coaching and counseling for associate development.

Communicates benefit changes and policies to team members. Reviews with leaders and takes part in the approval process of salary increases.

Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Human Resources generalist or equivalent experience.

B.A or B.S. degree in human resources or business related area.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.

PHR or SPHR preferred.
