GLOBAL RECRUITMENT OPERATIONS CONSUTANT

Job Description:Basic Function:This postion is responsible for creating effective recruitment operations across the globe to support and overall double-digit business growth.Within the newly created Global Recruitment Center of Excellence, the Consultant will create and action key processes, systems and programs to guide and support a fully dedicated recruitment team of 30 professionals operating in North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia.Primary Responsibilities:• Act as the Process and Systems Improvement Lead to enhance effectiveness and drive key business objectives• Conduct change of ATS and implement new performance framework.• Project manage recruitment / client team members in delivery of recruitment solutions and programs to differentiate us in the market place and attract the right candidates• Working closely with purchasing service, manage efficient partnerships with key global suppliers of HR services and conduct relevant bids and reviews• Monitor recruitment trends and recommend emerging technology, solutions and services to improve recruitment lifecycle Skills/ Knowledge and Experience :• Bachelor degree required• 8+ yrs of proven experience of working in a HR-related environment gained from a line or consultancy role from a major blue-chip organization or consultancy is essential• Recruitment experience of at least 2 years is essential• Demonstrated experience leading HR projects / programs• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to work efficiently in a global organization is essential• Drive for results• Foster close teamwork in a virtual and global business environment• Highly organized to operate with little supervision and prioritize workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced client-centered business environment• Proactively seeks resolution to competing demands, problems or challenges• Internal drive, high level of energy and tenacity• Strong understanding of IT systems and databases structures• Advanced use of Excel required to include functions, pivot tables and business modeling featuresMust possess and embody in actions our corporate values :• Innovation - We apply inspiration, imagination and creativity for high performance• Agility - We adapt, grow and swiftly change for a sustainable future• Integrity - We do what we say we will do• Meritocracy - We develop, evaluate and recognize high performing ability and achievement • Courage - We stand up for what we believe in and are willing to accept team decisions as our ownADDITIONAL INFORMATIONPermanent, Full-time, Exempt position.Based in Plano, TXCompensation and benefits : Competitive package
