About Us:
Huntmore Sportsman Club is a high-end sportsman's club focused on quality hunting experiences for its members on large properties privately controlled by the club.
 
About the Position:
We are searching for an experienced General Manager to join our team. The candidate must have extensive experience (5+ years) in growing and operating businesses. Specific experience in private club ownership and management, senior business management as well as a passion for hunting and wildlife management is ideal. You must have a strong understanding of computers and software systems, excellent communication/leadership skills and a solid understanding of national business management, sales and marketing programs. Finally, financial reporting and budgeting skills are preferred.

The Huntmore General Manager will be responsible for the development, of systems, implementation of new business plans and ongoing management of the recreational hunting club. Following are the major categories of management: systems implementation, establishment and management of the concierge service, property and wildlife management, membership marketing and sales, and financing and profitability reporting.

The club manager will report directly to the club owners and will be working closely with the owners to formulate and ultimately implement the vision of the club. The club manager will initially have the management responsibility for multiple employees.

Compensation:
