Will provide development and support for Genesys Computer-Telephony Integration (CTI) components. Specifically, will provide daily support for Genesys products: Framework, Configuration Mangagement Environment (CME), Universal Router, ICC Email, Genesys Voice Platform (GVP). * Coordinates all areas of system development, including preparation, execution and installation support to assure quality system changes. * Identifies system enhancements, document business needs and determines development impacts to current system processing and works with programmers and users to ensure accuracy or enhancements. * Monitors and provides 24-hour daily production support to assigned system(s) to identify production problems and resolves systems problems. * Leads major complex projects, plans, organizes, directs and develops all aspects of assigned projects, both technical and business. * Reviews and recommends vendor products, develops technical specifications and interfaces with other applications; and provides guidance to and reviews the work of other team members. * Investigates ways to improve existing processes and implements process improvement. Job Experience:Candidate must have experience with the following:* Genesys Computer-Telephony Integration (CTI) components. * Oracle 9i -- SQL (multi-table joins, sub queries); Stored Procedures / Functions / Packages; Understand Links, Roles, Grants, Views. * Unix (Solaris 8) bash shell commands & scripting. * Windows Server 2003 - General Admin, IIS, Tomcat. * Windows Programming - Visual Studio 2005 (C#), .bat, .vbs. * Experience as a Business Analyst / Project Manager.Nice to have: training experience with Genesys CTI.Feel free to contact Kendra Andrews at 919-941-0001 or 888-296-7575 with any questions.
