Great Career Opportunity for Above Average Customer Service Help Desk Technician! Work just four days a week! Shift schedule: Wednesdays 12 Noon – 8:30 PM andThursdays through Saturdays 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM We are looking for an individual with a strong work ethic, who excels in customer service, and is interested in a long term career opportunity.  Our Help Desk Technicians assist external users of the organization's technical products or services by answering questions and solving problems involved in their use. They also identify, investigate and research user questions and problems.   REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS  Responsibilities Provide phone and email support for Merrill’s Legal Solutions client base and internal consulting team Proactively problem solve technical issues related to Merrill Discovery Navigator and Merrill Lextranet Work closely with the operations team to manage requests for document production, database loading and case administration services Triage and route support requests using provided escalation paths – DBA, data operations, consulting services, etc. Work in a fast paced professional environment providing excellent customer service Other duties as assigned Qualifications/Experience Above average customer service skills Minimum 2 year technical or A.A. degree and 3-5 years of related work experience or Bachelors degree with 2+ years of related work experience Strong knowledge of computers and Microsoft Windows applications  Experience with one or more of the following programs preferred: Ringtail, Concordance, Summation, Introspect, Lextranet, Amici, Merrill Discovery Navigator, Applied Discovery, DocuMatrix, and/or iCONECT Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and must have strong attention to detail All candidates must pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal background checkPlease send your resume with salary requirements for immediate consideration. To help you succeed we provide a competitive benefits package including: 401(k), vacation, medical, dental, life and disability.  For more information about Merrill please visit our website at http://www.merrillcorp.com/.
