Job Description:Staff Accountant - Immediate need for an Accountant for a large growing manufacturing company. Primary responsibilities will be to assist with month end close. Will be responsible for Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger reconciliations, journal entries and preparing Trial Balance. Position also entails creating and preparing reports for corporate and VP's. Position will also assist with tax reporting and reports based on the tax schedule. Must have a complete understanding of the accounting cycle and how every journal entry affects the balance sheet and or P & L. Ideal candidate will have excellent problem solving skills, the ability to review historical data and to forecast reports and information. Candidate who is highly motivated and a self starter. Exposure to Mas90/200, Oracle Financials and Hyperion a plus.
