Greet and announce visitors, route calls, distribute mail, ship and receive packages. Lock and unlock front door, charge reception cell phones, operate cable and Apple TV displays on the reception room TV. (40%)2. Stock and order office and kitchen supplies, help with ordering lunches for special meetings, prep rooms and clean up afterwards. Stocking and monitoring and ordering supplies and services for printers and copiers, replacing and recycling printer and copier toner cartridges, fix paper jams etc. (30%)3. Administer conference rooms, help users with using the video conferencing and AV equipment and insure that the rooms are always straightened up after meetings and that guests receive parking validations. (20%)4. Assist the Associate Director of Operation in ordering and dealing with building maintenance and various vendors and technicians like cable TV and electricians brought in to do work around the office. (10%)5. Assist the Associate Director of Operation and other executives and staff with administrative duties, light research, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements and work on special projects when needed or when others are out sick or on vacation. (10%)Job Requirements• Prior office, assistant, clerical, receptionist experience.• Good verbal and written communication and phone skills are required, including a professional phone manner.• Good organizational skills, plus good technical ability.• Good interpersonal skills, diplomacy and an ability to interact effectively with individuals and groups at all levels is required.• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Internet Explorer and Outlook is required. • An understanding of audio/video equipment such as projectors and video conferencing, and office equipment, such as printers, copiers, fax machines, phones and cell phones.• Ideal candidate will have an interest in Safety and Security• Previous experience in the Entertainment industry preferred.• Must be able to lift 25lbs
