HBO Sr. Business Analyst

Sr. Business Analyst to support Oracle eBS version 12 Financial System releases, upgrades and support. Candidate must have experience in the following modules: Order Management, Inventory, Projects.  Experience in the following modules is a plus:  A/P  PO  and A/R The position requires a minimum of  5 years experience as a Business Analyst, and 2 -3 years of Oracle eBS suite. This is a functional role; however some technical knowledge is a plus.

 

Responsibilities include:Gathering and defining requirements and objectives based on customer needsDeveloping functional specifications (within IT team) with emphasis on creating documents in alignment with current HBO methods of estimating project size and scopeMaintaining substantial contact with both the business units and the internal IT staff

 

Prior experience must include:

 Requirements gatheringUse Case DevelopmentDetermining business process flow and task mappingKnowledge transfer and customer interactionWriting requirements and Use CasesWorkflow documentationDeveloping user acceptance test plans
