This provides significant opportunity for HP to continually re-invent itself and strengthen its leadership position. Job description: You will lead global efforts to examine HP's print and document requirements horizontally, across all businesses of the company, as well as by function and develop solutions that meet their needs. You will develop transformation strategies and implement solutions in HP to make HP the most cost efficient user of print in the world. In turn, your efforts will create a powerful reference model and solution portfolio for our current and future customers.Additional responsibilities: Drive and enable cost reduction for global transformation of horizontal print strategies through refined/new print supply chains. Uses deep technical expertise or know-how in procurement and print to solve complicated business issues, as well as moderate understanding of general business management. Internally develops cross-functional partnerships to create efficiencies and achieve horizontal objectives and externally works within existing partnerships to grow business opportunities, obtain cost savings and develop solutions for print. Provide thought leadership to HP executives on print industry trends and benchmarks.Qualifications: Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or similar field.  MBA preferred. Ability to develop complex output management solutions from a technical and commercial perspective — Business approach. Domain knowledge across the document lifecycle (create, output, distribute, store, archive) including content management, paper, print production and trends towards digitization. Ability to demonstrate consultative approach in process re-engineering and business strategy development. Ability to resolve complex process/systems problems through the utilization of decision/financial models and posses very strong project management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and achieve results in an international, culturally diverse virtual team environment. Business and Process Analysis and Interview Expertise. Ability to work across functions, organizations, and levels. Fluent communication in English (spoken and written).
