Primary Duties: Assisting applicants with applicant and interview set up, Creating security badges, maintaining employee files, assisting with payroll and performing special projected for the HR Manager as needed. Requirements: 2+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment with the ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of Word and Excel. This is a fast paced, high energy environment where a "Pro Employee" cultural is maintained. Organization, follow through and professionalism at all times is an absolute must  Compensation: This is a temp to hire paying up to 17.00 per hour D.O.E.
