 HR COORDINATOR - Avis Budget Group, Inc.  The HR Coordinator will provide general human resources support to the HR department.  Responsibilities include;  Coordinate recruitment process (prepare, post and track requisitions and applicants, process pre- employment checks and prepare all correspondence); Pre screen applicants; Maintain applicant flow logs for OFCCP compliance Conduct new hire orientation Process all HR transactions including new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, etc. Prepare HR reports (ad hoc and regularly scheduled); Maintain personnel files for legal compliance.  In addition, this position will provide support to the Operations Manager with preparing presentations, financial reports, meetings, expense reports and other basic daily duties.  QualificationsThe qualified candidate will possess an Associate’s Degree or 2 years experience in Human Resources/Administrative Support.  Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment; Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Power Point, Excel and Word; Must be extremely organized and detailed oriented; Effective time management and prioritizing skills; Strong customer service skills; Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
