HR Manager

Clovis has an opportunity with one of our customers for an experienced HR Manager in Montgomery County.  Our customer is a fast-growing leader in a cutting-edge industry. The right candidate will have a strong track record of dealing with strategic HR challenges, and he/she will have the aspiration to take on additional leadership as the organization grows. 

 

The responsibilities for this position will include:

 

Being the primary strategic HR partner with managers and employees within the company to resolve complex problems and advance short and long-term goals across a broad range of HR areas including:

 

• Employee relations investigations

• Performance management assessments

• Compensation

• Retention and staffing strategies

 

 

Qualifications:

• Strong project management background

• Experience working within a high energy growth environment

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

• BS in Human Resources or related field and at least 3 years experience.

• HR experience must be of increasing scope and complexity, with a focus Business Partnership, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation, and Training & Development.
