HRIS Analyst

The Metropolitan Museum of Art, one of the world’s finest museums, seeks a HRIS Analyst for the Human Resources Department.  The HRIS Analyst develops/creates high level analytical reports, maintains the HR Intranet website and the Museum Human Resources Information System (HRIS) data, using Lawson software. Additional responsibilities include, performing regular audits of all information in the system to ensure data integrity, coordinating Requisition creations/updates with the Employment Department, as well as, assisting in the implementation of new technology within the HR Department.

 

The ideal candidate must have 3 to 5 years experience in HRIS, including 2 years working with reporting tools. Exceptional data analysis skills are required.  Must possess working knowledge of HRIS technology and practices, database relations and query concepts. Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills are required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or a related subject required, advanced degree desirable. Knowledge of HRIS required; Lawson system, Crystal Reporting and MS Add-Ins preferred.
