Hardware Devices Program Mgr 1 Job Description:This position is for the world's largest software company, headquartered in Redmond, Washington. About the Team: The Ehome TV team focuses on testing TV Tuner drivers. Our goal is to ensure quality against TV tuner drivers/devices that will ship with our operating system. We work closely with key TV Tuner partners in the industry to meet quality metrics and goals.Description: You will be tasked with monitoring and maintaining multiple take home programs for digital cable capable devices. Providing support to and taking direction from multiple groups. Tracking and troubleshooting issues; working directly with internal customers and vendors. Coordinating driver drops between vendors and test teams. Managing device inventory/allocations. Qualifications: 1-2 years work related experience with project management and product support. A BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline Strong troubleshooting and excellent communication skills Experience with web tracking tools and previous support experience of hardware devices. strong attention to detail We are interested in candidates local to the Pacific Northwest only.
