ZTR is seeking a technically oriented helpdesk Coordinator to provide first level customer service/technical support to remote monitoring customers.  Being the first point of contact, within our Operations Center, the individual will coordinate, troubleshoot, escalate and document the actions taken.

 

Operating under ZTR Control Systems, the Operations Center is located in the Ziegler Power Systems Building in Shakopee, Minnesota.  We provide 24/7 system monitoring and management solutions for equipment & engine markets. The Operations Center provides first class support to our customers for our high quality products and services.

 

Requirements:

 2+ years experience in a technical and customer service based environment. Solid technical knowledge and strong troubleshooting skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills Will require working some shifts outside of normal business hours, 12-hour shifts with 3 to 4 days off consecutively each week.
