Job Description:Essential Responsibilities: 1. Actively pursues cross selling of TSYS products to converting and existing clients with anticipated generation of $10,000,000 per year in additional revenue dollars. 2. Serves as the day to day relationship owner for assigned prospects. With direction from Senior or Executive Sales Management, develops a sales strategy and plan for each assigned prospect. 3. Possesses a global knowledge of all applicable TSYS products, applications, modules, and systems. 4. Determines the sales and marketing efforts for multiple products processed on various TSYS platforms. 5. Plans, coordinates and facilitates sales plans, including client visits, product roll-outs, marketing initiatives, conferences, and demonstrations. 6. Serves as liaison between TSYS and the credit card industry executives, operations managers and directors. 7. Builds communication and coordination efforts with clients, TSYS client managers, conversions, production support and product owners to effectively introduce, sell and implement TSYS products. 8. Understands and facilitates TSYS corporate goals and strategies to meet departmental goals and sales directives. 9. Negotiates deal points and contract issues with all involved parties (clients, attorneys, product owners, vendors, etc.) to achieve optimal results. Works with Senior or Executive Sales Management and other members of the sales team to develop and sell the business terms and conditions, pricing, and other contractual terms for each prospective customer. 10. Works with vendor sales executives to coordinate product launches, sales efforts, pricing, and contract negotiations to promote TSYS products with our partners. 11. Prospects and identifies clients and products effectively to determine the opportunities that represent the most revenue and benefit for TSYS. 12. Works with TSYS marketing team in the development of presentations, collateral material and communication tools to support marketing efforts 13. Participates in the planning, coordination and facilitation of TSYS client conferences to include breakout sessions, product presentations and discussions. 14. Develops and maintains strategic relationships with key executives and decision makers within client and TSYS organizations. 15. Stays abreast of industry trends and competitive products in order to strategically identify and target sales opportunities. 16. Implements marketing campaigns and direct sales focus for new and existing products to all new clients and prospects. 17. Implements creative marketing/sales strategies and works with SME’s and Account Directors to seek new solutions where needed. 18. Works to develop initiatives to improve communications, processes and workflows with clients and within TSYS to create and maintain positive relationships. 19. Develops reports that provide revenue projection, product penetration rates and sales forecasts for senior executive management. 20.
