Coffee Specialist, Nespresso USA

 

 

 

Nespresso USA, key player in portioned coffee, seeks Full-Time Customer Service Representatives in our Long Island City office. Nespresso USA is one of the fastest growing operating units of the Nestle Group – world’s leading food & Beverage Company.

 

 

Responsibilities include:

 

§  Telephone sales for customers and trade partners

§  Outbound telemarketing

§  Email customer assistance

§  Customer relationship management

 

Requirements:

 

Potential candidates should be detail oriented and results focused, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, selling ability, excellent problem solving skills, customer-friendly, can-do attitude and the ability to multi-task. College education required.  Previous customer service experience or telephone experience preferred.  French and/or Spanish language skills required. Excellent benefits package.  

 

Salary $37,000

 

We are open EVERY DAY including Holidays.  Hours of Operation are 7:00am– 8:00pm Monday-Friday, Saturday 9:00am – 5:30pm, Sundays 10:00am-6:30pm.  Own transportation is helpful.
