Sears technicians are the best equipped in the industry---you will be provided a Sears van, laptop computer. In fact, Sears technicians travel directly to their first call from home each morning. We have a computer-generated routing system that enables us to maximize customer satisfaction.QualificationsSears technicians diagnose and repair all kitchen and laundry appliances including washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, ovens, refrigerators, freezers, and garbage disposals while providing superior service in customer s homes. Pay range from $12.64 - $19.48 per hour (or more with commensurate industry experience) plus bonuses, commissions & incentives. Our Technicians are the best equipped in the industry---you will be provided a Sears van, laptop computer, cellular telephone, and any specialized tools needed to do the job!
