Housing Director - Part time

National Property Management Company is seeking an motivated individual with computer knowledge for our Denver area market. This position requires good communication and organizational skills, and the desire to work in a college student market.Leasing and/or student services experience a plus.  This is a business with the opportunity for growth.  Must have a professional attitude and appearance as this position has direct contact not only with our students but our client schools.  Some of the responsibilities will be, office hours in the school and inspecting our housing units.  Reliable transportation is a must.  The successful candidate will have good customer service skills, be able to work independently, and have the desire to assist young people in achieving a good housing experience while they attend school.  20 to 30 hours (day time) per week.May be a good fit for a stay at home mom, graduate student with time during the day, or a young retiree that just can't stop working.  No phone calls please.
