Thank you for your interest!Responsible for understanding the overall HR Self-Service tool solution and data integration requirements, gathering business requirements, and developing functional design specifications for the HR Self-Service tool.This individual will predominantly play a support role during the planning, build, testing, and deployment phases of all projects by working with client, client SBU teams, and technical developers in working through translating functional designs to technical designs and making sure that the application being developed exactly meets the business needs. In addition, as needed, this individual will play a support in analyzing defects affecting functional change during the system test phase and on an ongoing basis as needed.Support Responsibilities:Analyze and design new business processes. Participate in client discovery/process review sessions.Create functional specifications for all new and/or changing functionality to meet all the needs of business requirementsWork with user experience team in obtaining page designs for new and/or changing functionality.Work with technical team in obtaining development feasibility and level of efforts.Transition business requirements to technical team and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements. Understand and maintain latest HR industry standards and trends. Provide client implementation support, lead process design, and gather business requirements.Job Description:* Research and create HR best-practice based on industry standards and latest trends.* Create process documents for new HR functionalities and improve existing self-service transactions.* Gather client business needs and identify requirements to satisfy such needs.* Create functional specification based on business requirements.* Work with clients, SBUs, and technology partners to coordinate requirements and deliverables.* Work with internal service delivery team to monitor and measure the success of implementation efforts.Qualifications:* Bachelors degree in HR-related fields or 3+ years of equivalent HR experience.* Exposure to HR Web Self-Service applications preferred.* Must possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate the ability to interact with end-users as well as technology partners.* Experience working with HRMS (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.) preferred.* Strong analytical and decision-making skills to lead client implementations and requirements gathering.* Ability to perform gap analysis for future state process for new new client implementations.* Experience with application usability testing support.Expected Travel Time: None
