To learn more please visit us at www.polyone.com GENERAL SUMMARY: The Human Resources Intern will provide recruiting support to our PolyOne corporate recruiting team by providing excellent customer service to both candidates and internal staff (Field HR Managers, Hiring Managers etc.) during every phase of the hiring process. This is a paid internship located in Avon Lake, OH.Essential Duties/Responsibilities* Create new requisitions in our applicant tracking system (ATS) * Post new requisitions on approved search engines* Utilize Outlook calendar software to schedule candidate interview(s) both over the phone and face to face across multiple time zones* Coordinate travel arrangements for all onsite interviews* Document required candidate information into the ATS* Coordinate and conduct phone interviews * Submit and process background checks and support corporate recruiters with new hire process/onboarding* Conduct reference checks* Other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job duty satisfactorily.
