General Description:
- The Human Resources Manager is in charge of the development and management of human resources for a given population.
- Communication and transmission of HR strategy.
- Advisory role and support for operating and sales employees.
- Implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
Duties:
· Comprehend and implement the company’s HR strategy in relation to the specific population managed.
· Define the major HR programs and initiatives in relation to this strategy and the expectations of operating and sales staff (report them back to his/her hierarchy).
· Propose and validate the types and timelines of these projects with hierarchy.
· Respond to operating and sales staff requests concerning all HR areas (employment law, training, recruitment, career management, remuneration, etc.).
· Call upon the expertise of in-house and outside specialists, if necessary.
· Provide psychological and technical assistance to line employees for all HR decisions (recruitment, dismissals, appraisal interviews, promotions, conflict resolution, etc.) and help them to integrate the HR factor into their strategic decision-making.
· Independently lead HR initiatives in several fields of application as per the defined strategy framework (setting up of HRIS, implementation of the new organization chart, creation of working time reduction and/or reorganization programs, etc.).
· Coordinate the various activities; monitor and check results and achievements.
· Evaluate operating and sales staff satisfaction in terms of both HR services provided and the results expected by staff.
Education & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree and Certification in HR or Organizational Behavior.
· Experience – 5 years minimum.
Personal Qualities: Autonomy, assertiveness, sense of priorities, good judgment. Sense of public relations, strong listening skills, open-minded.
