Human Resources Manager-Top Area Company

Well-established area company seeks solid, energetic, multi-tasking generalist for Human Resource Manager at 200 person divisional facility. Emphasis will be on Employee Relations and Staffing (both exempt and non-exempt); however, a well-rounded background is desirable. Position will report to a HR Director, and is very promotable within this large organization. Requires 5+ years experience in a Generalist role, serving at least a employee population of 100+. Bachelor’s Degree also required. Background in Manufacturing or Hospitality is a +, but not required.

 

 

Salary 90-100K + 10% Bonus
