Human Resources Project Manager III

PURPOSE: 

Manages to successful completion, any projects or sub-projects as assigned within the department which meets the requirements, cost and schedules as approved by the project plan. 

Supports HR projects related to:
HR systems
Recruitment
Employee Relations
Payroll and Benefits
Talent Management
Compensation
Human Capital metrics
Learning and Development
Global Climate Survey
HR People policy and risk management

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Manages the definition, development, and delivery of Human Resources business projects, which meet the requirements, costs, and schedules as approved.
Utilizes the Aviva designated work environment tools, including IT, HR and other Aviva systems.
Develops, oversees and measures the projects work effort on the following dimensions: scope, quality, time, cost, resources, communication, issue resolution, risk mitigation, procurement, and integration.
Leads the project by: 1) requesting resources based on the projects needs, 2) managing the work activities of the projects resources, 3) following sound project methodologies/ company policies and 4) implementing the resulting solution to the satisfaction of the client(s).
Develops a project and communication plan for each project, which involves the client and impacted departments. Keeps appropriate parties informed of the projects progress and problems.
Present to management the status of the project, outcomes, and risks. Communicates with Senior Management the status of specific sub-projects related to the overall project.
Creates and/or modifies reports using the AvivaUSA standard reporting tools.
Creates performance metrics related to expected outcomes.
Follows and adhere to company define IT standards and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
PMP certificate is preferred.

EXPERIENCE: 
Five (5+) or more years of progressively responsible project management experience.
Experience in the Human Resources is preferred.
Experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, etc.)
